ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 120g ground chicken
- 1 piece hanpen (about 120g)
- 25g red pickled ginger
- 🥬 1 cabbage leaf (about 50g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion (about 50g)
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/5 tsp salt
- Potato starch as needed
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp salad oil
For Frying
- Frying oil as needed
SCHRITTE
Finely chop the cabbage leaf, onion, and red pickled ginger.
In a bowl, mix the ground chicken, hanpen (crumbled), chopped vegetables, salt, sake, and salad oil until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small patties or balls.
Coat the patties lightly with potato starch.
Heat the frying oil in a deep pan to 170°C (340°F) and fry the patties until golden brown and cooked through.
Drain the fritters on paper towels and serve warm.
