ZUTATEN
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced into 7mm strips
- 2 bell peppers, sliced into 7mm strips
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🌰 2 tbsp ground white sesame
SCHRITTE
Slice the onion into 7mm strips. Remove the stems and seeds from the bell peppers, then slice them into 7mm strips.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the miso, mirin, sake, and ground white sesame to make the sesame miso sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook, flipping occasionally, until fully cooked.
Add the onion to the pan and stir-fry until golden brown. Then, add the bell peppers and stir-fry until softened. Pour the sesame miso sauce into the pan and stir-fry until everything is well coated.
