ZUTATEN
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion (white part)
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning for Chicken
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp garlic paste
SCHRITTE
Cut off the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and quarter them. Slice the green onion diagonally into 2cm pieces.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until both sides are golden brown and fully cooked.
Add the shiitake mushrooms and green onion to the pan. Stir-fry until softened, then add the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic paste) and mix well.
