Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥔 150g potato, diced
- 🧅 100g onion, sliced
- 🍄 100g shimeji mushroom
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 💧 200ml water
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
Garnish
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper for garnish
SCHRITTE
Cut the potato into 2cm cubes and soak in water. Slice the onion thinly and separate the shimeji mushrooms by hand.
Cut the chicken into 2cm cubes, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, place chicken skin-side down, and cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
Push the chicken to the side of the pan, add potato, onion, and shimeji mushrooms, and stir until coated with oil.
Add the seasoning ingredients (white wine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper). Bring to a boil, skim off any foam, cover, and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Uncover, stir gently, and simmer over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with pepper for garnish.
