ZUTATEN
Main
- 🍗 1 piece (200g) chicken breast
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- As needed all-purpose flour
- As needed vegetable oil
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g shredded cabbage
- 🍆 1 eggplant, chopped
- 🍅 1/4 tomato, quartered
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 🥬 2 leaves of lettuce
- Small amount of mizuna
Sauce
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧅 3cm chopped green onion
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Small amount of sesame seeds
- Small amount of five spice powder
SCHRITTE
Shred the cabbage into thin slices.
Chop the eggplant and cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
Quarter the tomato and cut the lettuce and mizuna into manageable sizes.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a small pot and simmer on low heat for 1 minute.
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan, cook the eggplant until tender, then remove. Cook the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked, then remove.
Arrange the cabbage in the center of a plate, place the chicken and eggplant around it, add cucumber and tomato, and top with mizuna. Pour the sauce over the dish.
