- 🍗 1 piece (250g) skinless chicken breast
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Cut the chicken breast horizontally in half, then slice into bite-sized pieces by angling the knife diagonally.
Place the chicken in a bowl, add sugar and sake, and massage well. Coat with cornstarch and mix.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the chicken, and cook over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, flipping until browned and cooked through. Add the seasoning mixture and stir until thickened. Mix in white sesame seeds briefly.
