- 🍗 200g chicken breast, minced
- 🧈 150g firm tofu, mashed
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 🧄 2 cloves minced garlic
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
SCHRITTE
Mash the tofu and mix it with minced chicken breast in a bowl.
Add chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and soy sauce to the mixture and combine thoroughly.
Shape the mixture into small steak patties.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve hot with a side of vegetables or salad.
