Noodles
- 40g glass noodles
Protein
- 🍗 2 chicken tenderloins
Vegetables
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- White sesame seeds, to taste
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp garlic paste
SCHRITTE
Cut the glass noodles into bite-sized lengths. Slice the bell pepper and julienne the carrot.
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins. Place them in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 2 minutes until cooked. Let cool and shred by hand.
Boil water in a frying pan, add the glass noodles, and cook according to package instructions. Drain well.
Wipe the frying pan dry. Heat sesame oil over medium heat, add the bell pepper and carrot, and stir-fry until softened.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, garlic paste) and the glass noodles. Stir-fry until well combined, then turn off the heat. Add the shredded chicken and mix. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
