- 🍗 200g chicken mince
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g)
- 🥬 1/8 cabbage (150g)
Noodles
- 30g glass noodles
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 120ml water
SCHRITTE
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chicken mince and stir-fry until browned.
Add carrot and cabbage, stir-fry until softened.
Mix sake, soy sauce, ginger paste, and water in a bowl.
Pour the seasoning mixture into the pan and bring to a simmer.
Add glass noodles and cook until they absorb the liquid.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top before serving.
