ZUTATEN

- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack pea sprout
- 1/2 bag bean sprout
- 1 piece ginger
Seasonings
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Broth
- 1 tbsp sake
- 💧 500ml water
- 1 tbsp chicken broth powder
SCHRITTE
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Slice ginger thinly.
Heat salad oil and ginger in a pot over medium heat until fragrant. Add chicken thigh skin-side down and cook until golden on both sides. Add pea sprouts and bean sprouts, stir-frying briefly.
Add sake, water, and chicken broth powder. Cover and simmer on low-medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Add soy sauce and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Drizzle sesame oil before serving.
