Meat Mixture
- 400g ground chicken
- 🥚 1 egg
- 10 shiso leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
SCHRITTE
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, chopped shiso leaves, potato starch, sake, salt, grated ginger, and white sesame seeds. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small patties or balls, approximately 2 inches in diameter.
Heat 1 tbsp of salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
