Main Ingredients
- 2 chikuwa sticks
- 🍆 2 eggplants (160g)
Seasonings
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp ground white sesame
SCHRITTE
Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise and wrap them together in plastic wrap. Place them in a microwave-safe container and heat at 600W for 4 minutes. Let them cool slightly and tear into bite-sized pieces by hand.
Slice the chikuwa diagonally into thin pieces.
In a bowl, mix the gochujang, mayonnaise, and ground white sesame. Add the chikuwa and eggplant, then toss to combine.
