    • 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 pinch pepper
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
  • Cooking Oil

    • 3 tbsp cooking oil

Prepare the shrimp by peeling, deveining, and scoring the back lightly. Marinate with mirin and salt for 10 minutes.

Dice the bell pepper and onion into 1-2 cm pieces. Slice the green chili thinly.

Mix the seasoning ingredients (chili powder, sugar, vinegar, oyster sauce, ketchup, pepper, and corn syrup) into a sauce.

Heat cooking oil in a pan over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden. Add chopped spring onion and sauté for 1 minute.

Increase heat to high and add diced vegetables (bell pepper, onion, green chili). Stir-fry until onion turns translucent.

Add marinated shrimp to the pan and stir-fry on high heat for 1-2 minutes until shrimp turns orange.

Pour the prepared sauce over the shrimp and vegetables. Reduce heat to medium and stir-fry until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
