Rice
- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Vegetables
- 🧅 3-4 tbsp chopped onion
- 🥕 1 tbsp chopped carrot
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped scallion
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
Seafood
- 🦐 1 handful seafood
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1/4 tsp sugar
- 2-3 pinches ginger powder
- to taste black pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Chop onion, carrot, and scallion finely.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and ginger powder to create the sauce.
Heat chili oil and sesame oil in a pan, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add chopped onion and carrot, stir-fry until onion becomes translucent.
Add seafood and stir-fry on high heat until cooked. Substitute with ham, pork, or broccoli if preferred.
Add cooking wine and black pepper to remove any seafood odor.
Reduce heat, add cooked rice, and break up any clumps with a spatula.
Pour the prepared sauce over the rice and stir-fry until evenly mixed.
Push the rice to one side of the pan, crack an egg, and scramble it.
Mix the scrambled egg with the fried rice and stir well.
Add chopped scallion, mix, and serve immediately.
