Rice
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Seafood
- 🦐 10g dried shrimp
Meat
- 🐖 50g chopped pork
Vegetables
- 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms
- 1/2 piece sliced ginger
Liquid
- 💧 50cc water
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp soy sauce for marinade
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍗 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Cut the root of shimeji mushrooms and separate them into small clusters. Slice the ginger into thin strips.
Soak dried shrimp in water and let them rehydrate. Remove the shrimp and chop them roughly, keeping the soaking water.
Chop the pork roughly and marinate it with 1/2 tsp soy sauce.
In a rice cooker, add soaked rice, seasoning ingredients, shrimp soaking water, and additional water to reach just below the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Layer the dried shrimp, marinated pork, shimeji mushrooms, and ginger on top. Cook as usual and mix before serving.
