Chinese Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Wash the clams thoroughly.
Trim the roots of the green onions and slice them thinly.
Heat the Chinese sauce ingredients in a pan over medium heat until bubbling, stirring occasionally.
Add the clams to the pan, mix briefly, cover with a lid, and steam for 3–4 minutes until the shells open.
Remove the lid, add the sliced green onions, and mix well.
