Main Ingredients
- 300g pork belly block
- 🥬 1 head (100g) bok choy
- 🧅 Sufficient amount of shredded green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Finishing Touch
- Sufficient amount of chili oil
SCHRITTE
Pierce the surface of the pork belly with a fork in several places and place it in a microwave-safe container.
In a bowl, mix all ☆ seasonings and pour over the pork. Massage the pork with the marinade, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
Cut the bok choy into quarters lengthwise. Place in another microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 2 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain.
Microwave the marinated pork at 600W for 4 minutes. Flip it over, cover loosely with plastic wrap again, and microwave for another 4 minutes or until the pork is fully cooked. Let it cool to room temperature.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces, plate it with the bok choy, top with shredded green onion, and drizzle chili oil to taste.
