SCHRITTE
Cut chrysanthemum greens into bite-sized pieces. Slice red chili into 2cm pieces and remove seeds.
Place clams, red chili, sake, and sesame oil in a frying pan. Cover with a lid and heat over medium heat until the clams open.
Remove the lid and add chrysanthemum greens. Stir briefly to cook through.
