- 🍅 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced 5mm thick
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced

SCHRITTE
Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Slice onion 5mm thick against the grain. Thinly slice garlic and remove the core.
Layer onion, cherry tomatoes, clams, and garlic in a frying pan. Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients. Cover with a lid and steam over medium-low heat for 5–6 minutes until clams open.
Mix gently, season with salt and pepper, and adjust the taste.
