Broth
- 1 pack cold noodle broth

- 🧅 1 handful green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 🍶 3 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Boil the somen noodles and rinse them under cold water.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, gochujang, chili powder, vinegar, sesame oil, and cold noodle broth together. If possible, freeze the broth slightly to create a slushy texture.
Pour the seasoned broth over the noodles.
