ZUTATEN
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage, shredded
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
Protein
- 🐟 1 can tuna
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt for rubbing
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
SCHRITTE
Shred the cabbage, julienne the cucumber and carrot, and place them in a bowl. Add 1/2 tsp salt and rub the vegetables. Let sit for 15 minutes.
Drain the excess water from the vegetables, then mix them with canned tuna and the seasoning ingredients (olive oil, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper).
