- 🌽 1 can canned corn
- 🧀 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- A pinch of parsley powder
- Maple syrup or condensed milk as needed
Batter Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pancake flour
- 💧 1/2 cup water
- Cooking oil for frying
SCHRITTE
Drain the canned corn using a sieve to remove excess liquid.
In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup pancake flour and 1/2 cup water until smooth.
Add the drained corn and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese to the batter and mix well.
Heat a pan and generously add cooking oil. Pour the batter onto the pan.
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Serve on a plate, drizzle with maple syrup or condensed milk, and sprinkle parsley powder on top.
