- 20g short glass noodles
Seafood
- 2 crab sticks
Seaweed
- 1/2 tbsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water
SCHRITTE
Shred the crab sticks by hand.
Add all seasoning ingredients (marked with ☆) into a pot and heat over medium heat until boiling.
Add crab sticks, dried wakame, and glass noodles to the boiling broth. Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
