Main Ingredients
- 10 small crab sticks
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 🧄 0.7 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 🧂 To taste salt
- To taste black pepper
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp mirin
SCHRITTE
Tear the crab sticks into smaller pieces and chop the green onion.
Mix soy sauce, corn syrup, and mirin in a bowl to create the seasoning sauce.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, avoiding burning.
Add chopped green onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add the crab sticks to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Add cooked rice and pour in the prepared seasoning sauce. Mix well while stir-frying.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper as needed.
