Pork Bulgogi Ingredients
- 🍖 400g pork shoulder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
- A small amount of ginger juice
- Optional perilla leaves
Seasoning Ingredients
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
SCHRITTE
Place the pork shoulder on a kitchen towel to remove excess blood.
Finely chop the green onion stalk.
Prepare minced garlic and a small amount of ginger juice.
Place the pork in a bowl and add the seasoning ingredients. Adjust sweetness to taste.
Massage the pork with the seasoning and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat a pan on high heat and add the marinated pork.
Cook the pork on high heat, stirring occasionally. Let it sit briefly between stirs for a golden, crispy finish.
Slice perilla leaves into thin strips and garnish the pork bulgogi.
