  • Wrapper

    • 15 gyoza wrappers
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Filling

    • 200g ground pork
    • 50g shredded pizza cheese
    • 🧅 5 green onions, chopped
    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Chop the green onions into small pieces.

Combine all filling ingredients in a plastic bag and knead until sticky. Cut the tip of the bag.

Squeeze 1/15 of the filling onto each gyoza wrapper and fold. Repeat for all 15 wrappers.

Heat 1/2 tbsp sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Place half of the gyoza in the pan and cook until golden. Flip and cover with a lid, steaming on low heat for 4–5 minutes. Repeat for the remaining gyoza.
