- 🥒 2 cucumbers
- 1 myoga
- 1/3 piece ginger
Seasonings
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp salted kombu
SCHRITTE
Smash the cucumbers lightly and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Slice the myoga into thin rounds and julienne the ginger.
In a bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients together. Add the prepared vegetables and toss well to combine.
Plate the salad and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top before serving.
