- 1 piece of ginger, julienned
- 🧄 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp sliced chili
- 4 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Use a rolling pin or similar tool to lightly smash the cucumbers, then cut them into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the ginger and crush the garlic.
Place the cucumbers, chili, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce into a resealable bag. Remove air, seal the bag, and massage the ingredients together. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
