Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🥔 1 small potato, peeled and diced
- 🥒 1/2 cup diced zucchini
- 🥕 1/2 cup diced carrot
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 1-2 pinches of salt
Optional Ingredients
- 🥚 1 fried egg
SCHRITTE
Prepare all ingredients by peeling and dicing the vegetables.
Heat oil in a pan and add all vegetables except rice.
Add curry powder and stir well.
Add cooked rice and mix on low heat.
Increase to high heat and stir-fry until well combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt as needed.
Top with a fried egg and serve.
