    • 🥦 1/3 head broccoli, separated into florets

    • 1/2 tsp consomme powder
    • 2 tsp soy sauce
    • 🧈 10g salted butter

    • 💧 50cc water
    • 1 tbsp salad oil

Peel the daikon and cut it into quarters lengthwise, then slice into 1cm thick pieces. Separate the broccoli into small florets.

Heat half of the salad oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from the pan.

Add the remaining salad oil (1/2 tbsp) to the same pan and heat over medium heat. Stir-fry the daikon for about 2 minutes, then add the broccoli and stir briefly.

Add consomme and water to the pan. Cover with a lid and steam over low-medium heat for about 3 minutes.

Remove the lid and stir to evaporate excess liquid. Return the beef to the pan, add butter and soy sauce, and stir-fry until well combined. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with pepper if desired.
