ZUTATEN

- 6cm (250g) daikon, peeled
Condiment
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 2g shredded tororo kombu
Dressing
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Peel the daikon and slice it thinly using a peeler. Squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil).
Add the daikon and white sesame seeds to the bowl and mix. Plate the salad and top with shredded tororo kombu.
