Main Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 200g crab sticks
- 🍚 sufficient amount of cooked rice
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 green onion (white part)
Sauce Ingredients
- 💧 200cc water
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- sufficient amount of cornstarch slurry
Others
- a small amount of cooking oil
SCHRITTE
Prepare 2 eggs and crack them into a bowl.
Shred the crab sticks finely and chop the white part of the green onion.
Make the sauce by combining water, sugar, mirin, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and vinegar in a pan. Stir until the sugar dissolves and bring to a boil.
Add cornstarch slurry gradually to the sauce while stirring to achieve a slightly thick consistency.
Mix the egg with shredded crab sticks and chopped green onion in a bowl.
Heat a small pan with cooking oil, pour the egg mixture, and cook on low heat. Cover the pan to cook evenly.
Place cooked rice into a serving bowl.
Top the rice with the cooked egg mixture and pour the sauce over it.
