SCHRITTE
Boil eggs in water over medium heat for 15 minutes to make hard-boiled eggs. Cut the eggs in half and separate the whites from the yolks. Dice the egg whites.
Mash the yolks through a sieve and mix with drained tuna, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper.
Add the diced egg whites to the mixture and toss gently to combine.
