ZUTATEN
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Seafood
- 1 tbsp chirimen jako
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 2 tsp mirin
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of sansho
SCHRITTE
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half. Julienne the carrot.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add enoki mushrooms and carrot, stir-frying until softened.
Add chirimen jako and the seasonings (mirin, soy sauce, sansho). Stir-fry until well combined.
