Miso Cheese Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp miso
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
SCHRITTE
Cut the eringi mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix all the miso cheese seasoning ingredients to create the sauce.
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the eringi mushrooms for about 3 minutes.
Add the miso cheese sauce to the pan and stir to coat the mushrooms evenly. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with parsley.
