ZUTATEN
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 eringi mushroom (40g)
- 🧅 1 green onion
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi powder
Finishing
- 🧈 10g salted butter
SCHRITTE
Separate the eringi mushroom cap and stem. Slice the cap thinly and cut the stem into 1.5cm pieces, scoring the surface in a crisscross pattern. Chop the green onion into small pieces.
In a rice cooker, add the soaked rice, seasonings (☆), and water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Place the eringi mushrooms on top and cook as usual.
Once cooked, add the chopped green onion and gently mix. Serve in bowls and top with the finishing butter.
