Main Ingredients
- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade horse mackerel
- 50g steamed soybeans
- 20g vermicelli noodles
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g), diced
- 🧅 50g red onion, thinly sliced
- 🌿 20g cilantro leaves
- 🥬 50g lettuce leaves
Dressing
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Pinch of sliced chili
SCHRITTE
Prepare the vermicelli noodles by soaking them in hot water until soft, then drain and set aside.
Dice the tomato, thinly slice the red onion, and chop the cilantro leaves.
Mix the dressing ingredients (fish sauce, lemon juice, sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and chili) in a small bowl.
Combine the horse mackerel, soybeans, vermicelli, tomato, red onion, cilantro, and lettuce in a large bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
