- 🍄 50g enoki mushrooms, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp pancake flour
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp black pepper
SCHRITTE
Prepare all ingredients by washing and chopping them finely.
In a bowl, mix the chopped vegetables, fish cake, egg, and pancake flour. Adjust the consistency to a batter-like texture.
Season the mixture with black pepper. No additional salt is needed as fish cake is already seasoned.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Scoop the batter into small portions and pan-fry until golden brown on both sides.
