- 1 pack natto with sauce
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧅 A pinch of chopped green onion

Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
SCHRITTE
Place natto in a bowl, add the included sauce, and mix well.
Add the beaten egg and seasoning (sake, salt, and pepper) to the natto mixture and combine thoroughly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, pour in the egg mixture, and stir gently with chopsticks until semi-cooked.
Serve cooked rice in a bowl, top with the egg mixture, and garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
