ZUTATEN
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tbsp flying fish roe
- 2 crab sticks
- 4 tbsp minced pickled radish
- 2 handfuls baby leaf vegetables
- 1 pack seaweed snack
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Kimchi Seasoning
- 4-5 tbsp minced kimchi
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Rinse flying fish roe under running water using a sieve, then soak in rice wine or white wine for 5 minutes to remove any fishy smell.
Finely chop pickled radish and crab sticks.
Mix minced kimchi with soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Coat the inside of a stone pot with 1 tbsp sesame oil.
Place cooked rice into the stone pot.
Top rice with seasoned kimchi, minced radish, crab sticks, baby leaf vegetables, and flying fish roe.
Heat the stone pot on low for 3-4 minutes until you hear a sizzling sound. Turn off the heat when the rice starts to form a crispy layer.
Sprinkle crushed seaweed and sesame seeds on top. Mix well before serving.
