- 4 bell peppers
- 5 cm daikon radish

- 10 g shirasu (whitebait)

- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce

SCHRITTE
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice each half into two pieces. Grate the daikon radish and drain excess water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and lightly fry the bell peppers.
In a bowl, combine the fried bell peppers, grated daikon, shirasu, and ponzu soy sauce. Mix well and serve.
