Main Ingredients
- 🥚 5 eggs
- 🥛 1/3 cup milk
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
Vegetables & Additional Ingredients
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 🌭 1 frankfurter sausage
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
SCHRITTE
Whisk 5 eggs in a bowl and mix in 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese.
Add 1/3 cup milk and 1 pinch of salt to the egg mixture and mix well.
Chop onion, carrot, sausage, and green onion into small pieces.
Heat a frying pan with a small amount of cooking oil and sauté the carrot, onion, and sausage.
Add the chopped green onion and stir briefly.
Pour the prepared egg mixture into the pan.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, wipe the condensation off the lid and turn off the heat. Let it sit covered for another 10 minutes.
Serve the frittata warm and enjoy its creamy texture and rich Parmesan flavor.
