Essential Ingredients
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
Optional Ingredients
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
SCHRITTE
Slice garlic into thin pieces, cut bacon into 1cm strips, and chop green onion finely.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until golden brown.
Add bacon to the pan and cook until crispy.
Add chopped onion to the pan and sauté until softened.
Crack an egg into the pan and scramble it with the other ingredients.
Add cooked rice and season with soy sauce to taste.
Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
