Main Ingredients
- 🍗 300g chicken breast
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 tbsp dried basil
SCHRITTE
Prepare the ingredients. Slice the king oyster mushrooms diagonally.
Rinse the chicken breast and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan and add minced garlic. Cook on low heat until fragrant.
Add the chicken breast to the pan and sprinkle dried basil over it.
Once the chicken is cooked, add the sliced mushrooms and stir-fry together.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, and corn syrup in a bowl, then pour the mixture into the pan.
Stir-fry until the sauce is well absorbed. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
