SCHRITTE
Slice the garlic thinly.
Place the oysters in a bowl, coat with 1 tbsp of cornstarch, and gently rub. Rinse thoroughly under running water and pat dry.
Coat the cleaned oysters with a light layer of cornstarch.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over low heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the oysters to the pan and cook over medium heat until crispy and golden brown. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
