Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Meat
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 30g grated ginger
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 Water as needed
SCHRITTE
Cut the pork into small pieces, slice the onion thinly, and grate the ginger.
In a bowl, mix the pork with sake and grated ginger, and massage well.
Add the soaked rice, seasonings (★), and water up to the 2-cup mark in the rice cooker pot. Mix well.
Place the sliced onion and marinated pork on top of the rice, spreading the pork evenly. Cook using the regular rice setting.
Once cooked, mix everything together, add chopped green onion, and mix again. Serve with shredded cabbage and cherry tomatoes if desired.
