ZUTATEN
Vegetables
- 1/2 stick burdock (90g)
- 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms (100g)
- 1/2 tbsp chopped green onion
Liquid
- 400ml water
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of chili oil
SCHRITTE
Thinly slice the burdock into shavings using the tip of a knife while rotating it. Soak in water briefly and drain. Cut the enoki mushrooms in half and separate them by hand.
In a pot, heat water and burdock over medium heat. Once boiling, add chicken stock powder and enoki mushrooms. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until the burdock softens. Add salt and pepper, then mix briefly.
Serve in bowls, drizzle with chili oil, and sprinkle chopped green onion on top.
