- 150g of grated daikon
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed

- 🧈 300g of silken tofu
- 1 pack of natto
Condiments
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp of doubanjiang
SCHRITTE
Grate the daikon and squeeze out the excess water.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce and doubanjiang. Add the grated daikon and mix well. Then, add the natto and combine thoroughly.
Place the silken tofu on a serving dish, top with the daikon and natto mixture, and garnish with chopped green onion.
