Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of salt

Boil water in a pot and add 1/2 tsp salt. Add green beans and blanch briefly. Drain and rinse under cold water. Trim the ends and cut into 2cm diagonal pieces.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, and salt. Add the green beans and toss to coat evenly.
