- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them diagonally into 4cm pieces. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Remove the pit from the ume plum and mash it with a knife.
In a bowl, mix the mashed ume plum with sugar, soy sauce, grated garlic, and sesame oil. Add the microwaved green beans and toss to coat evenly.
